The Legacy Personal Training System has been specifically designed to help our members achieve the three main goals everyone has in the gym; feel their best, tone, and burn body fat. This proprietary system takes the three most effective training concepts and blends them into one, results guaranteed program. By combining functional training, resistance training, and metabolic high intensity interval training, Legacy has been able to deliver life-changing results for thousands of members.

Metabolic Training

When people want to lose weight, they immediately think cardio. However steady state cardio actually has the opposite effect; hormonally causing the body to store fat and eat away at healthy muscle tissue. Metabolic high intensity interval training consists of short intense bouts of cardio followed by rest intervals. This style of training has been scientifically proven to be the most effective system for absolutely destroying body fat and shedding those unwanted pounds.

I love this place! I have never loved a gym before and always struggled with what to do after my time with a personal trainer was complete. Trying to be and do a sustainable program with the help of Zach, Zack & CJ. Starting out only 2x a week w semi private training has been super encouraging and I am finding the flow. How often does the Director sit down and check on you to make sure you’re making gains? Zach does this and I love it! This place is beautiful and has all the things needed to be fit. Love that they are working at my pace and not pressuring me into something I am not willing or able to do just yet. Baby steps for sure! So nice to feel seen and supported by such a great team. Pulse and what it has already done for me in a few short weeks is hard to put into words. Full transparency here I didn't want to train at a place like this-I don't like to train in front or directly with others. So glad I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and reached out! Immediately I was met with true concern and care for my goals and where I am at in my health journey at this point. So why not try a week (3 workouts) and see how I feel. Well after my first week I was hooked! The trainers are amazing, the manager, Zach is too and they all seem to genuinely care. The atmosphere is always uplifting and encouraging. Yes, I am working out in front of others but I NEVER feel like I am competing with anyone but myself, we are all at different levels and we genuinely cheer each other on. Semi-private training is definitely what I have needed and again so glad I took the first scary step! I now actually look forward to my workouts and love that I can schedule them as far out as I want! Thank you Pulse, I am in it for the long haul and excited to see results! 🙂

I joined the Fit Over 40 program and I am so glad I did. The staff at Pulse is incredibly involved in your success and motivates you to be the best you there is. I would highly recommend Pulse Fitness to anyone. The class structure is the best of both worlds. Personal training in a group setting... doesn't get much better than that. The coaches personalize the workout for you in all aspects. Members are friendly and the facility is spotless. So glad I decided to join!
